The TASOC website it now live, and registration for the TESS Asteroseismic Science Consortium is officially open. Please go to the "New TASC member" page to sign up for TASC and its working groups.
You should also familiarise yourself with the "TESS Strategies and Policies" document, which describes TASC in details.
